I recently bought several items from P. Lal Store. After leaving the shop, I decided that I wanted to return one item which has a minor manufacturer's defect. The salesperson offered a replacement but I said no, I wish for a cash refund. The salesperson said "no problem", gave me a refund and said "Thank you". I am impressed. Thanks. I got them and they are fabulous. Just what I (and my shoes) wanted. Now, I'm looking for another item. It's not exactly in your line of business but you may have a friend who can help me locate some pieces of wood. I'm making a kitchen cabinet/cutting board and I would like to use some good wood for the top. It needs to be 70 cm square and at least 8 cm in depth. It may be a composite slab (i.e. not necessarily a natural-wood single slab). Can you help me, again? ~ M Silva
