Ever wondered how you could get something you want without having to come downtown? You
now can rely on our mail order service 7 days a week. Mail order is the way to go
especially if you know exactly what you want.
At P. Lal, we're prepared to ship anywhere in the world where there's postal
service. Of course the rates vary from country to country and whether you want us to ship
airmail or surface.
Please ask us for a specific postage quote to your
country since it is based on weight. As a guide, a pair of shoes to USA
will cost US$30, 2 pairs will cost US$48 and 3 pairs US$60. Our shoes are
brought in duty-free into Malaysia.
Duty-free means
that our low prices are based on our duty-free cost. You should check the
import regulations in your own country to see if you'll be taxable in your
own country. Generally speaking and from our experience, as a bona-fide
importer (items for your own personal consumption), you'll rarely be
liable to any kind of tax. However, this responsibility is purely yours
and we cannot be responsible for any import charges and/or restrictions in
your country.
We aim to process and ship orders received
as fast as possible but please bear in mind that some shoes may
not be stocked by us. We also choose not to process orders and
credit card online for these reasons:
-
We process credit cards in our real
store. It only takes a few seconds to manually key in your
details and get an approval. Your sensitive card information
is not stored magnetically or optically in any device - only
on paper which is filed away after your purchase. We believe
this reduces the chance of fraud and we're committed toward
this end.
-
When buying from a merchant halfway
around the word, it's always good practice to exchange a
fair bit of correspondence to make sure that you'll be
shipped something that you can use! Accordingly, we would
prefer a series of email exchanges to allow you to know
exactly what you're buying since returns or exchanges can be
costly. We aim to reduce the chance of such instances.
